With ABC News and Pitchfork Media pairing up for CD reviews and all, maybe it’s not so surprising to see former Dallas-based artist Alan Palomo and his VEGA project getting some love from ABC News in this segment the national news organization ran today (sorry–can’t figure out how to embed).
But, still, it’s a little weird, right?
Thankfully, at least this newly dubbed “dream wave” band is deserving of the coverage–even if it is just an interview for ABC New On Campus, rather than the Charlie Gibson-helmed deal.
And Palomo and his band come off quite well and articulate in the piece. Worth a watch for sure.
