In the corner of Preston Royal Shopping Center, back behind the post office, is tiny Best Thai, a pocket restaurant with only a few tables inside and a few on the adjoining sidewalk. You can’t even see it from the parking lot–just trust me that it’s there and in that part of North Dallas where lunch still basically means burger, sub, pizza, or Zuzu’s. This Thai lunch buffet–spring rolls, pad Thai, soup, and curry–it’s quite a find.
